Yes! Our WiFi password will be available to you when you arrive.

Smoking is not allowed inside the building.

Absolutely! You are able to set the thermostat to your desired heat or A/C preference for the duration of your rental — just don’t forget to set it back to 75° before you leave!

Parking
Please have all guests park on the East side of the building. This is where our covered porch and black double doors are!
Absolutely no smoking inside the building.
Before Leaving:
Make sure ALL doors are locked.
Return the key to the lockbox and reset the numbers so the code is not still showing.
Trash:
Please bag up any trash and leave it inside by the white side door.
Thermostat:
Set the A/C or heat to 75° before you leave.
